National Prevention Week promotes the world we want to see—where prevention helps keep people and communities healthy and safe.

- Involve communities in raising awareness about substance use/misuse and mental health issues, data-driven prevention strategies, and the effectiveness of evidence-based prevention programs.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations informed by community experience and dedicated to improving public health.
