Biographical Sketches and Position Descriptions

Information to be included in the biographical sketches and position descriptions for all proposed project staff listed in an applicant’s Project Narrative.

Each position description should include:

  1. Title of position.
  2. Description of duties and responsibilities.
  3. Qualifications for position.
  4. Supervisory relationships.
  5. Skills and knowledge required.
  6. Amount of travel and any other special conditions or requirements.
  7. Salary range.
  8. Hours per day or week.

Each biographical sketch should include:

  1. Name of staff member.
  2. Educational background: school(s), location, dates attended, degrees earned (specify year), major field of study.
  3. Professional experience.
  4. Recent relevant publications.

Existing CVs or resumes may be used if they are updated and contain all of these required items.
