Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) Grantees

SAMHSA’s SBIRT grantees include medical residency agreements, state cooperative agreements, and grantee websites.

Since 2018, SAMHSA has funded SBIRT grants to implement screenings in primary care (hospital systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers, behavioral health centers and children’s hospitals) community-based settings and school-based settings.
